History/Mission Statement
Gulf Resource Management, Inc. was established in 2004 by Chuck Crochet in an effort to facilitate the changing needs of the oil and gas industry. GRMI was able to hit the ground running with two in-house vessels prepared to go to work, plans for immediate growth by way of vessel purchases and an aggressive brokerage with the ability to out source vessels from other owner/operators in order to assist in meeting the customers' requirements. Emily C. Crochet became President of Gulf Resource in 2009 as GRMI continued its' steady growth into new markets and was able to explore additional niches in which our equipment could be of service. We have been able to cater to the smaller independent operators as well as the majors in the Gulf of Mexico and Internationally by sticking to our belief that ethical, honest business will always create a win-win scenario for all involved.

Gulf Resource has been fortunate to have been able to move forward with a long awaited new build program starting with a state of the art 140 foot mini supply which was delivered in October of 2007 followed by our first Dynamically Positioned sister ship which followed in March of 2009. GRMI currently has two (2) DP 140' class sister ships under construction with delivery dates of March and May or 2012. We drew from 25 years of combined experience in the marine transportation industry to add many new variations to the industry standard Gulf of Mexico utility boat. These new builds are truly revolutionizing this "utility vessel" niche with their versitility and efficiency. As a fairly young company, we have been able to accelerate from a "walk to a sprint" in an extremely active time in the Gulf. We have hand picked a tenacious group of individuals with one goal in mind: whether in an upswing or a downturn in our industry, we will strive to satisfy our customers requests with a swift, honest response while providing effective marine transportation, being mindful of our employees' safety and preserving the environment in which we must all live and work.
